Stator Magneto Flywheel - Jianshe JS400 400cc ATV

Chinese stator magneto flywheel is for a Jianshe 400cc engines.  The Chinese sometimes refer to these as magnetic motor rotors.   I don't know what makes or models this particular flywheel is used on, so please use the measurements and pictures to match your part.
