Secondary Clutch Assembly for CVT Driven 800cc, 1000cc UTVs

Version 41

This clutch is the secondary drive clutch and is known to fit several brands of 800cc-1000cc UTVs.  Please use the pictures and measurements to make sure it will fit your application.

Clutch details:

  • ID of center hole: 11mm on side with threaded holes
  • Two 10mm x 1.50 threaded holes are 64mm (2.53 in) center-to-center apart
  • Opposite side resembles a die tool with 6 moons coming out of the center
  • Inside diameter of that side is 20.8mm (0.82 in)
  • Overall OD: 230mm (9.04 in)
  • Width of pulley: 39mm (1.54 in) on outside
  • Fits all EFI and carburetor style HiSun utvs

Known to fit HiSun, Bennche, Massimo, Supermach, Q-Link, Menards Yardsport UTV and more.
