This remote control alarm/kill systems is used on several makes and models of atvs.  This is an OEM product that fits Tao Tao atvs.  

Remote details:

• 8 Wires
• Mounting hole distance for box: 7.5cm (2.93 in) diagonally
• Antenna wire length: 8.0 inches
  
• 8 wire remote system (not counting the antenna)
• 9 pin plug with 6 wires (see picture for pin placement and color): 4.0 inch wire length
• 2 wire plug that plugs into alarm speaker: 4.0 inch wire length
• 125 Decibel alarm speaker with 2 wire plug [plugs into 2 wire plug on box]: 16.0 inch pigtail
• Mounting hole distance for speaker: 28mm  (1.1 in) center-to-center
• Push button alarm/kill remote (Lock, unlock, alarm, kill)

Fits Rival Mudhawk 6 and Mudhawk 10.
